Returns 

Markus Dayan provides a 30 day warranty on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail and we will immediately issue a return address. The following terms apply:

• Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
• Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
• The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
• There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
• If the leatherette boxes associated with certain  products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.
• We do not accept returns on Grillz or sale items. All sale items are final.

.   Sale items, close-outs, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. 

• All returns must be unused, unworn and brand new condition.  All returns are inspected and returns that have signs of wear, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and odors (cologne,perfume,smoke, etc.) do not qualify and will not be accepted. 
• Markus Dayan does not provide prepaid shipping labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
• Custom letter/picture pendants are not refundable.  Once your custom letter pendant goes into production, there are no cancellations.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.  
• Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO), Free Gifts:  If you return an item that qualified for a BOGO or a free gift with purchase offer, you must return the BOGO or free gift item. If you do not return the BOGO item or free gift item you will be charged the retail price for the BOGO or free gift item.
• If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style that you desire.  Store credit gift cards are non refundable once issued.  

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

1. Final Sale/Stock items are not refundable or exchangeable.

2. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.

3. Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable. 

4. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Markus Dayan) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.

Please Note:
* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of MarkusDayan representatives (info@markusdayan.com) to get an authorization.
* The standard shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

MarkusDayan will reimburse customer $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.

1. Customer received the wrong item.

2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact MarkusDayan within 48 hours of receiving their order.)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@markusdayan.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@markusdayan.com .

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
To return your product, please email us to info@markusdayan.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change. We apologize, but errors take place with inputting pricing data from time to time. If there is a mistake in pricing or any other information displayed on our site we reserve the right to correct it without obligation
