REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

  • We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our products.
  • Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date or 7 days for Solid Gold Chains.
  • After 14 days only exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned products must be unworn and in sellable condition. Damaged or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) can not be returned.
  • Shipping will only be refunded in the case of defective products.
  • Solid Gold Pendants, Grillz, Earrings, One-Hitters, Mystery Boxes, and Sale Items are final sale and can not be returned.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All Markus Dayan products (excluding watches) come with a warranty that covers breakage and manufacturer defect. Markus Dayan watches come with a one-year warranty.

Please note the warranty does not cover accidental damage, fading or tarnishing.

This warranty does not cover:

  • battery, case, stones, strap, or bracelet
  • damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or wear and tear

To submit a warranty replacement claim please email us at info@markusdayan.com and select "WARRANTY" as the reason. Be sure to include photos that show the defect, not due to improper handling.
